AMS DC Machine is an DC operated X-Ray system designed for superior image quality, very low leakage radiation and simplicity in operation. AMS DC Machine is a medical device manufactured in conformity with IEC 60601-1 and IEC 60601-2-7 standards. These standards are adopted by Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and Atomic Energy Regulatory Board (AERB) of India.

Key Features :

1. Tube Voltage (70 kVp) :                                                                                      The Tube Voltage (70 kVp) provides  adequate X-Ray energy for penetrating various tissue densities, allowing for clear and  detailed images. 

2. Tube Current ( 6 mA):                                                                                        The Tube Current Of 6 mA determine the quantity of X-Ray photons generated, balancing image clarity with minimized radiation dose.                                       

3. Focal Spot ( 0.8 * 0.8 mm ):                                                                                The focal spot size of 0.8 * 0.8 mm contributes to high spatial resolution, ensuring fine detail in imaging.

4. Maximum Leakage Radiation (<0.25 mGy/hr ) :                                            The system’s maximum leakage radiation is less than 0.25 mGy/hr adhering to strict safety standard and minimizing unnecessary exposure to patients and operators. 

5. Tube Filtration (> 2mm Al ) :                                                                             The Tube filtration of 2mm Al effectively filters out low-energy X-Ray, reducing patient dose and improving the quality of the radiographic image.

6. Focus Skin Distance ( 20 cm ):                                                                            The focus skin distance of 20 cm is optimal for reducing scatter radiation, contributing to better image clarity while maintaining safety.  

7. Power Supply ( 230 V AC, 50 Hz ) :                                                                   The machine is powered by a 230 V AC, 50 Hz power supply with a 1.5 kVA rating, ensuring stable and efficient performance. The DC X-Ray system is built to provide consistent, reliable imaging, with a focus on safety, image quality, and operational efficiency.
